After getting fired from his job, Francis had to make a change and figure it out. In this episode, Francis walks us through his entrepreneurial journey of highs and lows, delegating, tightening up the business ship, and how a worst case scenario situation actually plays out in real life. 

After finding success in the short term rental industry, Francis was approached to manage others' short term rentals. Francis now operates and co-hosts nearly 50 properties in the Kansas City area with no intention of slowing his accumulation.
